Privacy Policy

This is placeholder policy language, not legal advice. Have the attorney the legal fund retains review this before the site launches publicly (see build brief §7).

What we collect

• Email addresses you voluntarily submit to join our meeting-alert list.
• Donation information is collected and processed entirely by our third-party donation platform (currently to be determined; see the Legal Fund page). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Basic, privacy-friendly site analytics (e.g. aggregate page-view counts) that do not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.
• Anything you post to the forum is collected and stored by that platform under its own privacy policy, which we'll link here once it's live.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share your email address with anyone outside this group's organizers, except the email service provider used to send list updates.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the meeting-alert list at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at info@tomsriverwatch.org.

Public content

Content posted to our News feed or Forum is public by design and may be viewed, quoted, or shared by anyone, including the Township, HABcore, or the press.
