Toms River Watch is an independent resident group.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Toms River Township, Ocean County, or any government body. We are not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Who we are
We're a group of residents near the Jefferson Avenue neighborhood and the Route 37 corridor who came together to follow the public process around the Pelican Inn / HABcore shelter conversion. That's still our founding issue, but our focus, land use, zoning process, and government transparency in Toms River, isn't limited to it. We expect to stay active on whatever comes next.

A note on public records
Anything you send us may be shared publicly on the News page or in the forum unless you ask us to keep it confidential. We treat hearing testimony, OPRA responses, and other public filings as public by default.
